1 General Provisions

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
We reserve the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
3.1 Required Documents

- A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

3.2 Pending Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

- The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Program
jaya9a's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% and priority support.
It is possible to gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play.
6 Gaming Rules
All games on jaya9a are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to determine results.
6.1 General Game Rules

- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the bet may be cancelled or settled according to the rules.

8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is advisable to complete any pending bonus wagering or withdrawals before closing your account.
8.3 Settlement of Funds After Closure
If an account is closed due to fraudulent reasons, deposited funds may be forfeited. In other cases, the remaining actual deposit (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification is completed.
